RWR presents the Official Code of Conduct.

How an individual “rolls” is synonymous with how they do things or conduct themselves.

The way we conduct ourselves is generally a direct reflection of the things that we believe, consume, and experience.

In a world full of increasing distractions and senselessness, there’s a critical need to protect your mental health.

We must remember that many of the worldly distractions and themes of senselessness reflect deliberate tactics to erode one’s sense of community, purpose, and worth.

The RWR experience aims to counter the normalization of destructive and selfish behavior.

Gun violence is one of the strongest demonstrations of destructive and selfish behavior and is linked to environmental stressors.

In turn, gun violence is an environmental stressor, creating fear and trauma which can provoke varying demonstrations of destructive and rude behavior.

RWR provides calls to action to address the effects of environmental stressors including:

  • Increased rates of gun violence and juvenile defendants

  • Increased rates of substance abuse, mental health challenges, and suicide

  • Inadequate healthcare access

  • Inadequate education funding

  • Lack of employment and work readiness, and unaffordable housing

  • Distracting, degrading, and violent entertainment and social media 

  • Disrespectful, destructive, and selfish behavior

RWR supports preparedness for action by exploring themes including:

  • Creative Expression

  • Self-awareness, confidence, and esteem

  • Peace protection, health, and well-being

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Financial Fitness

  • Community engagement and leadership

EDUCATION

We provide tutoring and educational support. We explore the importance of the right kind of education and developing good study habits to be prepared for the school of life. We focus on improving reading comprehension proficiencies.

INTEGRITY

We demonstrate and promote accountability, and consistent adherence to strong principles.

Respect

We value respect. We promote demonstrated respect for self and others and aim to standardize the official code of conduct.. Roll With Respect

STEWARDSHIP

We honor and respect our ancestors and heritage, and promote environmental, financial, and social responsibility.

WELL-BEING

We introduce clear calls to action for increased protection and nurturing of personal mental health, and increased awareness of personal consumption. We explore the social environment impacts on mental and physical well-being.

COMMUNITY

We believe in the power of interconnectedness and aim to inspire youth to be of service to their communities. We promote social cohesion and provide tools for increased collaboration to develop innovative solutions to the challenges youth perceive to be affecting their communities.
